PAY UPFRONT!!!! Otherwise they will charge you extra!!! My partner and I went in for an30min session each-massage for me;cupping and massage for her…the lady finished on my back at 30mins then told me to wait in reception as my wife would be 10mins-strange I thought;as we were both having half hour massages? But maybe the cupping needed more time etc? So after another 10mins she came out;then when we paid the lady charged her $65 for a 40min cupping and massage. WHICH IS NOT WHAT WE ASKED FOR AND ALSO 45mins ONLY COSTS $60,NOT $65. We were planning on going once every 3 weeks, but not after that. I felt like I was back overseas;where you have to pay for everything straight away otherwise the price suddenly goes up. NOT appreciated here in Aus at all. Have told my friends and family not to go;the massage was great-Waree is a fantastic masseuse-cupping was ok-but also note-CUPPING IS ONLY VACUUM CUPPING,NOT TRADITIONAL WAY. Being scammed for an extra $20 was not appreciated and I won’t be back, ever. These people should be ashamed of themselves;ripping people off!! *also,I have the bank receipt and the “loyalty card” and the stamp to prove they wrote 30mins cupping-$45 but then charged me $65.

The best massage but annoying new alarms which you hear go off for all the customers. When tried to give feedback, response from the new receptionist was “ you are the only one who is complaining, sorry can’t do anything about it” This might be the end of my weekly visits, sadly.
