Great service, Magic Carpets are a local company and very reliable with good fitters and do a brilliant job. They did my whole previous house and the carpets lasted really well for the 4 years I was there so I went to them again for carpet in my new property and it's just as good. Highly recommend.

Excellent service friend staff. Prices are good considering they include fitting and most of the little extras like gripper. Does lean to a better quality product and a price to match but there are more affordable options for carpet and vinyl.

Came back to do a repair on new build after original poor job, vinyl had come unstuck and started to bubble and lift, repair man claimed it was poor quality vinyl and that his repair job won't last. Cut vinly too short on one side so now I can see floor through gap, has left sealant all over the place which is now stuck, has taken chuncks out of skirting board, left rubbish laying around and sharp cut offs from vinyl Also he was so rude, even the apprentice apologised for him, joke of a company. Gave 1 star as that was minimum, don't be fooled by this 1 star rating, its 0 stars from me

Very happy. Sounds like it depends on which fitter they send you. The guy that did our whole house in karndean and carpet did a gret job. 18 months later when the adhesive failed on the wc and bathroom floors they sent fitters to stick it all back down under the warrenty. It's been nearly 6 years and it's all good.

I would highly recommend Magic Carpets. From visiting the shop, arranging a home visit for measuring to the completion of fitted carpets they were brilliant. Very, very helpful On all counts also competitive on price. I even changed my mind and they were patient and made other suggestions. The fitters were polite and efficient. I can praise them highly enough.
