Such a lovely shop filled with gorgeous and practical kids shoes. The staff are all super friendly and brilliant with the kids. They offer appointments for children who prefer quiet space as well which is excellent !

busy sunday. stressed very young staff, definitely just wanted to go home. brought girls shoes for my son. weird. mesured wrong shoe size. scared my kirds. had to leave without a sale. we used to be regular customers, living locally. will order online from now on

I love this shop. The shoes are lovely, the staff are helpful & friendly. The only problem is that sometimes they don't have a lot of choice.

This is the only baby shoe shop I have ever been with my 16 month old son. We went there 3 times, first time got his first pre-walker shoes, second time we were told he was not ready for new shoes and third time we got his first winter boots. First class service every time, really impressed they put child’s best interest first before sales. Last time my son was crying when he entered the shop cos of stranger anxiety, but he was put at ease and calmed first (the toys there helped) before doing the measurements and trying on new shoes which made the whole experience enjoyable. Also going there at week day helped as it’s much quieter then.

Amazing shop! Amazing experience! Friendly staff! My wife and I went shopping for our daughters first shoes and we could not be more pleased with the experience we had! We left the shop saying "we will definitely go back for her next shoes" Thank you to Michelle for her friendly customer service, it made us feel at ease when going shopping during this covid pandemic.
