Extremely helpful medical students greet all patients at the entrance (Aug 2020). No accompanying family members are allowed inside currently due to covid-19 restrictions. A mask is compulsory for patients and hand sanitizer must be used both before entering the building and also on departure. Assistance is offered to anyone who needs extra help eg. an arm to hold or the use of a wheelchair. Relatives must wait outside in their vehicles if there is a car parking space available. There are only approx 4 spaces and most are designated for wheelchair users, but most relatives wait there regardless. The staff are all superb and their customer care is excellent. Thank you NHS!
