Very good accommodation option in Port Macquarie. Room was spacious, bathroom was clean and well-equipped, bed was comfy and our room included a balcony which was nice to enjoy a morning coffee from. Big plus is the location; centrally located to the restaurants, cafes and bars in PM. Car park spaces are undercover and easily accessible. Thank you for making our stay in PM a very pleasant one 😀

Hotel looked nice enough, however when we entered our floor there was a musty smell, which was also in our room. The bathrooms were not as pristine as I would have hoped (the grout and silicone had pink and black mould). The receptionist was accommodating and friendly and the layout of the rooms was perfect.

We stay at Macquarie Waters for 5 nights for my birthday hoilday, We did arrive late but they were nice enough to help us out to get to our room. For what we spent on the room we didn’t care what the room looked like, the layout was great, it was convenient on the second level to get to parking, and the room was larger then what we thought. although when we did get in the room, there was food/hair left in the dishwasher filter, hair on the doona, food crumbs left in the fridge and freezer, toothpaste/ watermarks left on the mirror, sink and taps, the shower still had water markings on the shower screen and mould on the tiles when we first got there. they were blunt to us when we asked our room to be cleaned as we had the “ Please clean the room “ sign on the door for majority of one of the days and came back and room wasn’t cleaned, above all the room was great it was just the cleanliness
