Just joined the gym here. Fantastic well kept , clean facilities, great service from all staff members. We went for a spa treatment and lunch today. Again service was great and food was lovely. Highly recommend anyone that's looking for a really good gym with lots of great equipment. They also have 2 tennis courts....still to explore them. Lots of parking.

I visited the Spa with a friend as part of a Groupon deal and it was wonderful. We were given a 1 hour pool slot which was plenty of time for us, followed by a cream tea in the restaurant. They accommodated for my dietary needs in a really lovely way. We then had massages and I cannot fault the service in anyway. The relaxation and spa area are beautiful and the therapist used perfect pressure for me. She was warm and welcoming and made it a really enjoyable, 5 star trip.

The hotel is located next to an oil refinery and across the road from a popular sports field, this is the only thing that lets the whole experience down, but as we weren't there for the sight and total quiet, this did not detract from the overall experience. The restaurant was great and the staff really friendly, the breakfast was definitely the main stay of the experience, although all table service due to covid, the selection for both continental and hot food was great and good quality ingredients as well. Didn't get chance to use the on site facilities but they looked popular and frequently used so maybe next time

Lovely hotel and great staff, very helpful in reception and my massage was really good. Room lovely and clean and fresh. My only criticism was the lunch service. Wrong sandwiches we had to send things back and keep asking for our order and drinks. The evening meal was lovely though.
