M Hotel Singapore – lake district

The hotel is strategically located at the City Centre. Great location with ample car park. Great office space for corporate. easy parking too!

Nice design and pleasant experience during the visit. The ramp to the car park is rather narrow, though, so you have to be extra careful.

I was there with my family for my mothers birthday lunch buffet. My father drove us there, carpark spaces were plentiful. The buffet spread was a little limited in my opinion, was the quality of the food was good. My family especially loved the oxtail they served. I thought the upbeat background music playing overhead didn't really suit the mood of the restaurant but twas a minor issue. Overall the experience was definitely positive :))

Went there for high tea promo under fave some time ago. The photo used in fave is different from the reality. Sadly the seat were also little small and not so comfortable with the arrangement. Overall it was okay one-time experience.

Stream boat buffet. Good variety of steamboat meat and veg. Dessert is a pulse to complete the meal

We had an overall very bad experience while my friends and I stayed at this hotel. It started even before we could enter the room of the hotel. Check in time is at 3pm with long queues of people waiting for their room key, when my friend checked in, we were told our room wasnt ready and they weren't even sure when it would be. We had to wait two hours before getting the first key (we booked two rooms). And we wernt even informed when the second room was ready, only at around 8 when we were collecting a food delivery, did they give us the key. We booked two rooms, one two room and one three room. The three room was not set for three people, only two towels and two pillows. When we called to ask for more pillows, they told us they RAN OUT of pillows and we'd have to wait. When we turned on the TV, it short circuited and broke. We had wait until an electrician arrived for him to switch out the TV's. (This is just the first night) The only redeeming factor of the stay was the manager that gave us a later checkout (but only after requesting to speak with him) It felt like everyone who worked there was busy sorting out one problem after another and there wasn't much flow or continuity throughout the whole hotel. We were only compensationed after kicking up a fuss.

Came here to ask for directions because my phone died and the guest services executive had been so helpful!
