We have been dealing with Julia Smart at Lyons, and have been really impressed with the service we have received. This is the second time we have used Julia for our conveyancing, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, personable and responsive service.

Absolutely shocking service. Failed on every single level and took 3 years to finalise my Grandma's estate. Failed to reply to emails, failed to submit information to HMRC, failed to take our case through their complaint procedure when requested to do so. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I feel enormously let down by Edward Lyons. He was uninterested. I gave him every ounce of information that he would need for my case, but he wasted precious time by bimbling around, not reading what I had sent him, not focusing on the main issues and ultimately not helping in what is a very urgent situation. If you need help and support, do not use these solicitors. If Cara lyons was still there, she would've dealt with my case as she always did in the past. With care, understanding and the urgency that was required.
