Unfortunately I was involved in a car crash july 2018 which was my fault Fortunately it wasn't a bad crash exchanged details at the scene etc 2 and a half years later I get a letter off this firm saying they are giving me 7 days to pay £8400 or they will start court proceedings against me The £8400 was to recover money paid out for repairing the damaged vehicle Why on earth they didn't get in touch with my insurance company to recover the costs is beyond me They obviously thought it right to send me a threatening letter rather than go through correct process of dealing direct with the insurance company Disgusting
