2/ 5

Ordered two items and was told at the outset that I would need to wait 8 weeks. After 8 weeks I rang for an update and was told a further two weeks to wait. This happened again, and again. Eventually after being given the wrong information several times and the order being delayed for several weeks beyond the initial 8 week delay i decided to look into the company. It seems to be a very small company with little turnover which makes me suspicious. I also looked at the reviews on Trustpilot and the reviews were good, at least on the surface. After further investigation I believe that many of the reviews were false and simply put up to hide the genuine negative reviews. I cancelled the order immediately and request a refund. The only saving grace is that I did actually get my money back, over £1000. I would be cautious when using this company and expect to wait for your goods.
