Really wonderful and helpful. Great staff! I booked as a gift for parents and the staff were so helpful with booking and arranging some extras. Then they took care of my parents wonderfully and added some treats + upgrade for nothing. We will all return when possible. Lovely place, incredible rooms, fab vibe!

The Lyall is in a great location in Sout Yarra. Close to the Gardens, within a relatively easy walking distance of downtown, near the train station, and in a neighborhood of shops and restaurants. Stayed here for three nights and found the property to be exceptional. The dining room/bar was excellent, large selection of wines, and various champagnes by the glass. Staff friendly and attentive. A+++++
