I have purchased a front door earlier this year, and the service was amazing. There was very good communication and on time. The customer service was excellent. I have had a extension in my garden, and my builders had let me down with the building, leaving the extension with no doors and windows. Luxury windows had been able to provide my family with a door and two windows for the extension, within a week. Excellent service. It was meant to be fitted for January however they was able to fit us in to be done right before Christmas.

The Service and aftercare is first class. The latest was recently when I had a break in at a property and Mark was kind enough to fix the window within days.
