I went here 3 days ago and got a beautiful set of nexgen done and broke 1 nail by accident yesterday, I went in today to get it fixed and I had called before and they said it would be free to get 1 fixed to I went to get it fixed and the lady that I had was so rude she did it fast and was pulling me about and just all around looked like she couldn't be bothered to do it and when it came to doing the nail she was so rude about it and after sticking on the tip she told me it would be £2 and I said that I just called and they said it would be free so she got angry and was sighing just being rude speaking about me under here breath and then I say okay I'll get my sister to bring £2 down and she said okay and when my sister got here she said it was okay and it was free. I'm really disappointed with how I've been treated especially as i've been going here for months now and not had a problem at all. I probably won't be going back here. Really unprofessional
