Amazing new store, we stood in the doorway and said "WOW" all sorts of gorgeous products for bath and shower. I bought the citrus massage block and the lush tin to store it in after having a complimentary hand massage, and it's fantastic to use, I keep it on my little table by the sofa and use it for hand and foot massage, it's great. Staff are amazing, knowledgeable and friendly and will help you choose what's right for you. They now do hair treatments and Spa treatments, which I intend to work my way through!! You will not be disappointed with the new store. You have to visit to see for yourself. If I had to make an improvement it would have to be comfy chairs or sofa's dotted about the place for customers to relax and husbands to sit whilst the wife chooses and spends some money!!!

I was in lush today.. I was attended to by one of their staff by name Whitney,she was so nice..she showed me around.. She was very detailed in her explanation of things.. Lush is a very clean place.. The environment it's a peaceful one.. I love the idea of the place.. Beautiful smell of things...

My Daughter is a huge lush fan and we visited Liverpool for the first time yesterday. Oh my goodness, never mind the sightseeing, all she has talked about since is how amazing your lush store is and has made me promise I bring her back Christmas to see your grotto. 3 floors, new bath bombs and one very happy daughter xx

I usually get dragged in here by my wife or daughter - it's not really my cup of tea, I'm more a WD40 kind of man. But the store is big, bright, vibrant and full of clever and amusing displays and items. As this store is in Liverpool there we're lots of Beatles references which made me smile. On top of that the staff were pleasant and welcoming and the whole thing had a great vibe. If only they sold motorbikes.

Its Huge........biggest Lush In the world , they say......... Only ONE till open though. and very slow to open any more. (lots of staff milling around enjoying the ambience) Plus it seems till staff are trained to discuss each product the customer is buying. This slows down the ONE person serving. The experience would be improved with sharper floor management.

Have been to Lush in Liverpool several times. Its a huge building, spread over several floors. The top floor has been retrofitted with a Christmas display and now includes a small cafe. Had a really nice coffee there and came away with lots of bath bombs of course 😊

A lovely relaxing spa experience. A real pamper. Loved the shop. Nice and big with lots to choose from. If you like lush its a must visit if you are in Liverpool. A big thank you to Sophie who did my comforter treatment.

Service in here is amazing, staff are almost too nice if that's a thing. Amy one of the customer service staff spotted me not having a clue what to look for and helped to sort everything I needed. Really over and above customer service thank you very much and Merry Christmas.

Popped into this Lush store on 3rd Dec at 4.35pm. Was advised by a lovely lady called Sarah and a tall, fairhaired fella (Sorry didn't get a name). They were both very friendly, helpful and professional. Purchased two gorgeous body butters. We will be back.

Went to the Lush sale yesterday as a party of four people. One of us went to use a gift voucher bought for Xmas at the till and it came up blank. Not only did the manager Jonathon sort it all out for us, he allowed us a complimentary drink while he did it. Special mention to Heather and the lady who served us in the cafe. All the staff were fabulous especially working on Boxing day, the sale and such busy conditions. Wish I could give them 10 stars.
