Big up to all the staff that were in on the morning 10/02 sorry we didn’t get all of your names, but you’re all amazing. Thank you so much. I had a lovely experience. Wasn't quite sure what to get when I came in, since there is so much to choose from. Charlie was very helpful in the matter and showed me their selection, explained the ins and out of the products, as well as the lush app which is amazing. Got a few bath bombs, styling cream, lip balm and scrub. I couldn't be any happier with the service.

Excellent therapy for the stresses of life! I am so relaxed. I highly recommend it. The staff were excellent and very professional.

The friendly lady who did my massage was just so lovely and made me feel comfortable, laying in the bath and listening to the music and the fairytale with the glow up bath bomb was out of this world!
