This place is amazing. I could spend a whole day in here and still not have fully reviewed their whole range. Love their products and their staff are very knowledgeable.

Love the products. But this one can be busy. If it is, give it a miss,if not they can be helpful. But there's a limited range, so call ahead if your looking for something specific.

Always a great time when visiting Lush! They have a great selection in this store as well as super friendly and helpful staff!

My daughter is mad on lush so we popped in to return her empty bottles and tubs which you get a discount for. Shop smells lovely, some are a bit expensive for my liking but always find something to buy. A great place for birthday and Christmas gifts.

My first time in Lush Cambridge. Not knowing what to buy, totally overwhelmed by the amazing array of wonderful LUSH products, I was served by the fabulous Katie. Needing to buy presents for my son's girlfriend, Katie asked all the right questions to gather sufficient understanding of what I needed. Then with incredible accuracy she helped me pick out several gifts for my son's girlfriend. She was an incredible help, very knowledgeable and informative. She went above and beyond selecting further items for my friends daughters. Every Lush needs a Katie, friendly, polite, knows the products really well! She helped me fell I was in very safe hands. She deserves a LUSH bonus! Happy Christmas!

2022 new year! First lush store I've been to this year!! I've been to so many others but we went to Cambridge for the day and I wanted to get some things from lush! I brought back 7 pots and got some discount off. I also had the chance to do the experimenter bath demo and that was brilliant! I had fun with that. Staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming! I had a fab experience in the Cambridge store. Thankyou!!

Freya’s outstanding. She helped a lush rookie around the shop and new exactly what I was looking for. Made me feel like the only customer in a busy shop and went above and beyond. 10/10 would shop again. Need her help for all my Christmas shopping!! :)

I spoke with Chloe over a week ago now but she was so so helpful and we had a wonderful chat! Not only did we talk about the products and how we could mix them together to make the ultimate Christmassy scents, but we also talked about more general things. I went in to Lush last week in need for a secret Santa gift, I spoke to a girl (I think her name was Chloe?!) who helped find the perfect gift as well as a few treats for myself! She made the overwhelming trip enjoyable and easy! Thank you Chloe and Lush :)
