Purchased a gillet as a gift for someone and it hasn't lasted 6 months without the zipper breaking. I expected much better quality for the price I paid and if you read their website it says "lifetime warranty" and they pride themselves on quality. I haven't heard back having requested info on this "warranty".

Excellent service from Derbhla today. Rang another store to order an item for me, processed it quickly and hopefully it will arrive at my house in next few days. Great discounted products in basement, but wouldnt call them a 'bargain', as still pretty pricey. This purchase today is a first for me so perhaps I will consider the quality is worth the price when i have tried it! Thanks again Derbhla
