The staff in this shop are absolutely delightful. They cannot do enough to help. They are the most helpful & friendly staff I have ever encountered. The young men in this branch are an absolute credit to Luke!

I bought some t shirts for my dad for Christmas and I had to take them back ON THE SAME DAY WITHIN AN HOUR as they were too small to be told they don’t have a returns policy! THEY WERE NOT WORN WITH A RECEIPT. Needless to say I won’t be shopping there again! ANNOYED

Bought a couple of tops from them and the staff couldn't be more helpful if they tried. They searched for sizes in all the tops I liked and not once did I feel that they thought it was a thankless task, they were a credit to the company and I wish I kept a note of their names, but I did buy 2 packs of t-shirts to go with the tops. Lots of choices and sizes too.
