Have worked for Ludlow Street Healthcare for nearly a year, and have been really impressed at how the welfare and recovery of our service users is everyone's number one priority. There is a great feeling that everyone works together as teams right up to the Directors who are actively involved in the day-to-day care. There can be hard days, but its worthwhile when you hear some of the great stories about our service users' successes.

I worked for them for a year at st peters for people with Huntingtons and dementia, I have tested postive for Huntingtons and were very helpful at first, but i was worn down by lack of staff, gloves, nappies, snacks etc. I needed time off sick and the became rude, nasty and didnt pay me until a week after. if any of my family was here, I would take them out immedialy.

I'm a mother of my daughter who is currently at pinetree Court Rumney in Cardiff, she is always full of bruises when myself and my wife gets to see her, a former employee who visited my property escorting my daughter told me that the clients were antagonised more so in the evening and they would get a PRN then sent off to bed just for a easy shift, the communication is pathetic to be honest, I'll be glad when she is out of the damn place, at least I will be able to get more contacts with her and no more bruises and 4 years on and no further forward. I'm apauled with the whole system 😡😠
