I came after many years of trying different options, believing my hair would grow. Staff have been very supportive and kind during the whole process since day one. Denzel was very creative in choosing the best option for my circumstances to save my hair. He cares about everyone that goes through the process even if you're not his client I've seen him do anything he can to help. He's also brilliant at what he does and he will find creative ways to ensure your hair is to the best it can be according to the situation. I can't thank the team enough for their love and support. Denzel, Tom, Vanessa, Tracey....basically everyone.

Been coming to Lucinda Ellery for 4 years now , the staff are amazing . Denzel Made me feel comfortable from day one. He stopped me from feeling embarrassed ,gave me confidence and my life back . He could not do enough to accommodate my needs ,Would recommend anyone who is going through hair loss .

I am writing this review to tell you how wonderful the staff are at the Manchester Lucinda Ellery Salon. They are highly professional efficient, compassionate and above all very caring. I can’t thank them enough for what they do for me. Before I started to visit the salon, I was embarrassed and ashamed spending all my time obsessing about my hair loss. I lost part of myself and my identity as well as my confidence in who I used to be with my hair loss. I am always very nervous before having my hair done at the salon but thanks to the care and support of all the staff in Manchester I can face it without the apprehension I have before each appointment. They are most pleasant and wonderful staff treating each and every client the same. They always greet me with a smile, say hello and ask how I am, putting me at ease start away. They work extremely hard and should be appreciated for what they do. Many thanks to all the staff at the Manchester Salon I can’t praise you enough for all they have been done for me.

I have been coming to Lucinda Ellery Manchester for 8 years this years . The team here are all amazing, they are so friendly and professional and always listen to any concerns you are having about your system and make sure you are happy before you leave. Tom, Domonique and the wonderful Denzel have always made me leave the salon feeling fabulous , the whole staff are a credit to Lucinda Ellery.

I had the intralace system fitted Friday and given a previous awful experience at Liverpool i could of cried with happiness. I'm so happy with how i now look. The system feels like it is moulded to my head, this is a good feeling. I've never liked my picture being taken however, friday my family and friends were inundated with selfies as i just felt amazing. The staff are so lovely, especially Tracy the stylist and it was just a comforting enviroment. Thank you so much to the Manchester team for making my hair dreams come true.

Very thorough consultation, I tried two types of extensions as a test. The guy who did the consultation didn't do the hard sell and gave me confidence that my hair wasn't has thin as I thought. After wearing the two test extensions I have decided not to go ahead at this time but in the future I will definitely go back to Lucinda Ellery Manchester

I love my new hair its a bit of getting used to as its tight,but it needs to hold on in place dont want it going anywhere lol. The manager was lovely am sorry I for got your name u saw me first and cut my hair and styled it. And denzel did great with his technique putting it all together nicely. With some help of Nicole but I said she looks like a Emma.❤❤

Tom made me feel really relaxed on my first visit he is so good at his job, Tracey was fabulous styling my hair. I left feeling felt amazing.

I have been attending Manchester studio for 7 years now and every time I come out of the studio I feel like a brand new woman. All the staff are amazing very welcoming very reassuring, helpful and lovely people especially Denzel. Thank you for everything over the years. 😊👍💗
