Absolutely shocking new phone system!! I was on hold for 17minutes with being told continuosly I was "first in the queue".... No appointment made.... The second day I tried again, the same outcome!! If somebody cannot answer a phone within SEVENTEEN MINUTES then something is seriously wrong with their reception team. Changing surgeries is a must.

Good doctors very busy might need to wait ,but always treated right

Great doctors but can take ages to book a appointment but the doctors seem very caring the receptionist are Friendly and Very Helpful

Fed up of trying to get an emergency appointment, calling over 30 times in a mprning or at 12 to be told they have all gone

Sister in that building has a disgusting attitude, no sympathy just didn't care.

Wife has copd(treatment :rescue package) treatment offered nill, no covid jabs, no treatment disgusting practice in line with government agenda waited 5 weeks for call back no call back

Once being able to book an appointment the nurses are lovely. I've been calling all day. Once getting through and being put on hold until my phone died! Trying to book a smear test shouldn't be so time consuming.

If I could give no stars I would. Reception staff speak you you like your dirt, doctors haven't got a clue. Several times has this surgery let me and my daughter down with nothing being done to prevent it happening to others. Oh and if you suffer from mental health don't bother as you'll be told "you should be grateful you have limbs" straight from the doctors mouth whilst you cry your eyes out.

Bad and disrespectful service ignored by staff all the time

Worse customer service I ever seen. Been waiting for over 15 minutes on reception 4 lady's talking and laughing there no single one asked me why I was there. and the end I have to left to pick my kids up . I had this experience before and I complained about it but nothing been done. I don't know is anything can be done.?
