Great surgery, couldn't ask for better. I am always able to get an appointment the same day when I need one. The reception staff are lovely and always go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The clinical staff are also very attentive and very thorough in their consultations. Even in my new patient medical I was attended to far more than at my previous GP surgery. I would 100% recommend. 5 stars :)

I had Dr sultan for years. He knew about all my conditions and my medication. When he retired and everything's merged its all gone pear shaped. I get letters to review medication. I have review all is well then when I request another prescription they don't give me my medication they want to do another review then another. I see all different doctors so I have to go through the whole of my aches and pains again. Spend most of my time at the doctors for reviews. This actually sends my anxiety through the roof when I already suffer with depression and anxiety and I'm a full time carer. I go away in August, I'm already stressing that I'm gonna be refused the correct amount of medication until I have another review. It's getting beyond a joke!!

Can't believe the negative reviews, the staff are so helpful and go out of their way to help. The GPs and Nurses are great. Its a well know fact that more people complain than those that don't. Those that complain should sit answering the phones all day and see what they have to deal with on a daily basis.

I have been going to this doctors for like 3 years now, everything seemed to be going well at first until i realized the phones are always faulty. They put the phone down all the time when your waiting on hold to speak to someone, you have to press option 2 or 3 to actually speak to someone because option 1 you can hear them pick up the phone and put it down. when i put in a request for the doctor for either minor health issues or treatment they say we will either phone me to let me know what the doctor says or to phone back the next day however when i phone back the 'doctor is still doing the paperwork' and will phone and let me know later or to phone them back i had to phone them the 3rd day to find out if a doctor will prescribe a rash cream. now they want me to go in on thursday or friday when i put a request in on monday !! 4/5 days ive had to wait to hear back and i had to do all the chasing around but this is constant!! with every issue ive ever had with them.. I am currently looking at moving doctors as i cannot return to this doctors due to the staff putting me in this position they are so rude and unproffesional they will sit talking to other receptionist about there lives away from work whilst your stood blantently infront of them waiting to be checked in. Apart from Sally the staff/receptonist are terrible, when they all know i have severe anxiety and suicidal thoughts. They dont seem to care they actually just make things worse including trying to speak to the manager a number of times and have still continued to be rude and belittling, many of times due to how they speak to me on the phone i have even told them i am currently suicidal whilst they are in the middle of belittling me even put the phone down on me before and left me crying.

You should expect to wait on the line for at least 2 hours to get through a receptionist - impossible to speak to someone. Even if you get to speak to a person that does not mean your problem is solved. There is only 1 person at the reception who wants to help, others just don't care. I've still been waiting for an urgent call back from a doctor to prescribe a simple stereoid for hives - I'm still waiting. No call back, nothing, there won't be I know. I can't work because hives spread everywhere now, I'm losing my clients because I'm not able to work and it's all because my GP can't prescribe me a simple steroid. That's it.

I honestly don't understand the bad reviews, this is by far the best doctors surgery I have ever attended. Yes, in the mornings the call wait times are long, but so has every other surgery I've ever attended. The care that I have received from this surgery has been consistently brilliant. The doctors actually listen and care, the nurses are incredibly professional and put you at ease, and the receptionists are friendly and welcoming. I cannot fault this surgery whatsoever, and ultimately I don't believe the bad reviews are a true reflection of this surgery in the slightest. Thank you all for all your truly outstanding work!

You can’t blame COVID on the poor telephone system at this Drs surgery, nobody bothers to answer the phones and when you do get through after at least 1 to 2 hrs, you can’t get to see a dr for 6 weeks, it’s a joke. it’s quicker to go in and speak to the receptionist face to face rather than hanging on a phone when they have no intentions of answering it, it’s causing so much stress, I thought Drs were supposed to lessen stress in patients, not make it worse. Then when you do get through there is no confidentiality, the receptionist thinks they are medically qualified to advise, well that’s not how it works, I shouldn’t have to explain to a receptionist why I need to see a GP. I don’t think anyone from this practice reads these reviews otherwise something would be done about the appalling way they are treating people. Also It’s about time the drs started seeing patients face to face, we need to get back to some normality. Please get your acts together and sort this out.

Great service! I really don't understand the negative reviews at all! Had an over the phone appointment to discuss my medication and was given a complete run down of how it works and answered a lot of my questions with great knowledge. Also offered to book me in for an in person appointment the next day. Thank you!
