When going for my 8 week old's immunisation... Firstly, the doctor was 25 minutes late with no estimated waiting time or an apology for the wait. Secondly, I asked if I could hold her while he does them but stated I had to lay her down on the bed? This is a first I've heard of this? How insensitive is it to have the baby experience pain in a strange place and think their parent has put them down and left them? with the 3 injects needed for the immunisation, the doctor decided it would be best to do them one at a time, letting her calm down after 5 mins then doing another one setting her off crying again? It is a ridiculous method and with my previous 2 children, this was not done and not as painfully long for them. And thirdly, when given the mouth drops, this doctor was in such a rush for his next patient since he was already running late that he did not wait for her to stop screaming and for me to sit her up which resulted in her breathing some in and in turn choking on it for some time. And again, no apology for that either, upon leaving the doctors I realised that he did not place any plaster on any of the injection sites as you would expect. Expect a formal and written complaint from me very soon.

The doctor I saw today was absolutely terrible. Granted he was running an hour late and it’s a busy time of year but there is no need to speak to someone so callously and in an annoyed tone. He was so condensending, belittling and condemning in the fact that I had the nerve to go to a doctor with symptoms that where persistent for 5 days. He did do the examination but spent more time telling me why I shouldn’t go to the doctors unless I’m pretty Much long gone. He may have a lot of medical experience but his people skills are appalling. I now will try to avoid this place as much as possible for seeing doctors or at the very least ask to see someone else. I should note this review is for seeing the doctors, if you need to see a nurse here they are very friendly, helpful and caring.

Phones are always off from 3.30pm onwards worst Doctors Surgery I have ever been a patient at. The Drs ask me what to do sure they are meant to be qualified. Absolute joke only reason it has a star at all is for the receptionist.

I have to say my experiences have always been positive. The doctors - no matter who you see - do listen and don't dismiss no matter what my problem has been. The staff have always been polite and are really helpful whether it be on the phone or in person. This practice by far is the best i have ever been to. I recommend to all

Pre-pandemic, this was a wonderful surgery. The only suggestion I would have had was to make it clearer for those of us working that there are also phone appointments available for things like reviews of medication, saving both me and the Dr lots of time. I found one of the male Drs dismissive of women's health problems but I can't complain too much as he was great with my son when he was ill. Since the pandemic however this has been a difficult surgery to be a patient of. Whilst I appreciate the need to keep staff safe, I ended up in hospital due to lack of GP access because the phone triage was carried out after the surgery closed for the night on a Monday. Triage if you must, but lightly at the first receipt of a call, not wasting a day to push all patient appointments later into the week. I will be raising this with the practice manager when I can find out who that is now. I hope it isn't the man doing the rude phone message.

Started ringing up at 8 in the morning. 200 and odd calls later at 10:50 got through onto system 19th in the queue. 11:37 got an answer then put the phone down on me. The No Health Service is embarrassing. We pay for a service and expect one.

Nice voice message when you enter website ''If I die it will be your fault''. Are you crazy to make this type of welcoming to your website? No wonder you have such a low rating, I can imagine what type of practice you provide.
