Lovely spa – Cambridge

Chose this place blindly after moving to the area. I have had two great massages with Tony and I’ll keep coming back! Clean place and relaxing atmosphere. I booked same-day both times with no issue.

My husband and I went for a couples massage. Very kind and helpful staff. Overall good experience. They were very professional and made us very comfortable. I went in with a slight headache and left feeling refreshed and relaxed. We would definitely come here again in the future.

Went for a couples massage and it was amazing! Everyone was really nice and they did a great job! I booked the wrong time online and then called to correct it and they were really understanding and changed the appointment with no problems! Would definitely go back.

I booked an appointment online for a $80/90 min facial that includes eyebrows shaping & hot stone eye massage (L1). None of those l mentioned above were done, simply because my eyebrows were already waxed and l wear contact lenses. I paid beforehand, but they did not give me a discount, even though they were aware l wasn't going to get the full package treatment. The facial was over 15 min earlier and l was pretty much forced, by the front cashier, to tip 20% when l wanted to only give 15%. The tip is up to me to decide and the fact that she was so persistent, annoyed my whole experience! Beware of these money-hungry people.

Ugh. They are money-grubbing and they are sloppy. Bad combo. I asked for a thai massage for one hour. The first guy clearly had a cold, and I asked him to stop and send in someone else after he kept coughing. Then, he sent in a girl. She did a Swedish massage for the remainder of the hour, and didn't even finish my whole body (she only did one leg). Then she asked if I wanted more time. I said yes, so she finished the Swedish massage, apparently realized that she forgot that it was a Thai massage, then quickly went through the motions of a Thai massage before telling me I was done. So I ended up paying $115 for what was basically a one hour Swedish massage. Not great.
