Disappointed about the staff service as we went back there and asked for e-reciept and the other staff telling us that they can’t send anymore in our email because it’s already been purchased for a week the bag, it’s not our fault why we went back it’s their fault because they never send us one from the day we purchased the bag.Anyway for us to went back there it’s like we are strangers they can’t even remember us anymore as their customer/client. They need to have a training on how they communicate nicely to their customer as it’s important. Hopefully the whole members/staff will do equal treat to all customers.And hopefully the management will give action for this matter.thank you!

Really is a lovely store with design expected from such a brand. Staff are very helpful, approachable and all round pleasant. The only discredit is how the store seems overrun. The store is very much capable of handling the volume of customers (around 20 at any one time) but the staff count doesn't quite seem enough for the number. Customers are kept waiting in line or on a register, for someone to eventually see them. I have been to this store several times, this seems to be a common occurrence The staff are clearly working fast to facilitate requests, but some customers will be more demanding than others. Other than that, I am happy with the service provided and confidence in the product I now own.

What has happened, standards have dropped not what u expect from a luxury brand. Store seems smaller, hardly any items on display now and small queue system. Nobody evens bothers to say hello or tell u about the queue Used to be great shop....can't even look around like u used to. Standards drop and prices rises, shame.

For the amount you spend in store you would expect high customer service standards, unfortunatly even the lessor stores would be treated well.

What a horrible store, 20 minutes waiting to be served and not one member of staff acknowledged us. Wanting a handbag for my wife but the lack of even basic service was off putting. Some basic training would be great. Very similar to selfridges staff attitudes of they are too good to work there.

Excellent service received i was dealt with polite good manner from the lady at the front who was warm & welcoming explained everything in detail in regards to timeframe etc etc to the Gentleman who looked after me. I know people have left mixed reviews on here my advice would be to do your homework before you go in plan your time accordingly that way you wont be left disappointed

I was very impressed with the service. They couldn't do enough to help and guide me with my purchase and with a smile too. It was a real pleasure to shop there

Considering the other reviews, I didn't know what to expect but I'm glad I visited. There was a 1 hour wait but my reminder text came through on time and despite my casual appearance, I felt welcome and got great, unpressured service from Helen. I walked away happy with my purchase. Will definitely return in future 👍

Great concession, plenty of choice and very nice staff on each occasion I’ve shopped here.

Nice friendly service staff, young lad was polite. Must be paid well from Rolex on wrist. I'll be back soon
