Disappointed about the staff service as we went back there and asked for e-reciept and the other staff telling us that they can’t send anymore in our email because it’s already been purchased for a week the bag, it’s not our fault why we went back it’s their fault because they never send us one from the day we purchased the bag.Anyway for us to went back there it’s like we are strangers they can’t even remember us anymore as their customer/client. They need to have a training on how they communicate nicely to their customer as it’s important. Hopefully the whole members/staff will do equal treat to all customers.And hopefully the management will give action for this matter.thank you!
