Excellent surgery, and the staff very helpful.

Never let our Family down in 30 years. The present doctors are all excellent if you cannot see your own. Receptionists are very good.

I have nothing but praise for this practice I had a paramedic out as i was feeling fant he checked me over and got InTouch with the sergery and was surprised by the helpful response and a doctor came out with in a hour two days later I phoned the surgery to speak to a doctor but he was concerned and in15 minnets he was knocking on my door i would like to thank all the staff for their care and professional manner Mr k wedge

Very good and easy access

Absolutely superb GP surgery! It provides exceptionally high level of service - very friendly, personalable and quick! They offer online consultations with GPs, which offers quick assessment and provides opportunity for a contact with a doctor within 24 hours. The staff ate fantastic and really helpful.

I been waiting for doctors call from last 2 month but no response. I been to surgery around 5 times every time same answer dr will contact you tomorrow. Never give proper answers i take it at racist as when i was in queue, receptionist given polite answers to someone else. Really worst experience

The reception staff were all very polite and helpful. The doctor who phoned me later in the same morning was thorough and efficient. Couldn't ask for more! Thank you all.

Twice they have refused to see my baby. And ended up in hospital one time. We are new patients never asked to see us when we changed surgeries. I got.my smire and our little on has had his injections so Good on that. But when comes to seeing the dr point blank refused.

No consideration for my mental health yet they are quick enough to blame any symptoms on anxiety! I've been spoken to like utter dirt by a certain GP and made to feel worthless, some reception staff have no respect for me and talk to me dirt, im a human being and expect to be treated like one. I will be making a formal complaint (people with anxiety do get ill) not everything is ANXIETY!!!!
