Parking was good. We were late for our flight and there was no sign of the courtesy bus. Waited 35 minutes before an active one arrived. Ended up having to get a taxi to the airport. Also had a 40 minute wait at the airport upon our return. So basically if you are going to use the park and ride allow extra time for the transfer. Also website needs to be clearer on how to get to the hotel.

Overall great parking experience. However, to manage your booking online is pretty limited if you’ve made a non refundable booking. I needed to change vehicle details but could only do this by calling or emailing Looking4. Understandable if you’re changing the timings on a non refundable booking but you should still be able to change vehicle details instead of waiting for replies by email.

Wonderful program, easy to understand and the best rates! Literally half what we would have paid to park directly across from the terminal. The system is efficient and easy, simply scan the QR code either from your phone or printout - couldn't be simpler. We'll always try using your service in the future and will recommend you to everyone we know!

Very easy to use service. Booked online with ease, drop off a simple process. Car was waiting to be collected on our arrival, In all a very pleasant transaction and close to terminal. Coming back from the Caribbean we didn't want heavy coats taken with us. So a two minute walk and into the car was ideal.

The staff were brilliant and friendly. Unfortunately the car was half an hour late when we arrived. We paid extra to use this company and take advantage of the convenience and speed in which we’d hoped to receive our car. We could have gone with a cheaper company and collected our car in a faster time but we were let down. I have asked for compensation but have not been offered anything as a respectful apology. Therefore I will not recommend or use this company again.
