Worst service I ever received. Kept getting my information wrong when I registered and blamed me for it. Wouldn't provide my with the medications I needed and wouldn't even meet with me or give a call to check. Had to travel Home (Ireland) to get my old GP to give me what I needed. Also I know of a friend who kept going to them with a serious complaint, they didn't help. He collapsed from the pain and had to be taken to hospital with an ambulance. Only then did they pay him any attention, and asked him not to complain.

Awful surgery, every time you call for an appointment you get asked to call at 8am or wait 3 weeks. When you call at 8am you can't get through because everyone else has been told the same thing. You have to plan when you're ill. I just called up for a telephone appointment and was given one for 2 and a half weeks time. The receptionist said 'try not to miss the phone call because the doctor won't call you back' but the time slot is 'any time that day'. Some people have to work and can't sit by their phones all day..
