Paid 4.99 for next day delivery, instead my shoes got sent at rhe end of the next day via royal mail 48 hour. Paid extra for nothing. I tried to email their customer service team, but given address does not accept replies. I'm now dreading what is going to turn up in the mail based on the negative experience so far.
