Helpful staff I accidently dropped my camera and smashed the camera glass on my lens a staff member kindly removed the broken glass from my lens and advised me on how to fix it.

We brought a camera battery and they were very kind and charged it for us.

With everyone seeming to buy online more and more, its a delight that camera shops are still surviving out there. If you want expert advice, this is the place to go for it - not to Mr. Amazon. Prices are reasonable - but their proposition is not just about being the absolute cheapest every time.

We sold some old cameras we had to them in the shop, and they were interested, kind, thoughtful and honest. They spent ages looking at our stuff, courteously suggesting the best thing to do with it. Totally recommend them.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service in your Bath camera shop. I was given a very good part exchange price for my Pentax and bought an amazing Olympus OM E camera, which I am very happy with. I will recommend your shops whenever I have the opportunity.

What can I say great customer service 110%. I ordered a new Lens and I needed it the next day so they posted it out on next day delivery. Then the next day I realised I made a mistake I ordered the wrong type of lens. I rang the shop at 10am and the lens I wanted they did not have in stock. But they said if you can come in after 3 o'clock we will get one for you. I won't say how they did it but I was blown away with the effort they went through to get me the lens. Bearing in mind it was my fault for ordering the wrong lens and the day before.

I’ve previously shopped in my local LCE but this time ordered online and the order was fulfilled by the Bath branch. There was no additional delivery charge and the binoculars arrived very quickly by next day delivery. I had a minor query which was immediately resolved by Graeme at Bath with one quick phone call. Great service!
