The venue is dated, there is no space to sit and wind down with the little ones after swimming. During cold months the entrance is cold and during warm weather the pool is boiling. All the above would be ok, but the reception always seem at ready to bite your head off and ruins the experience. We completed 2 levels last year as this pool was the only available at the area at that time.

What a fantastic experience... from the swimming instructors to the customer service. The friendly environment is fresh and friendly and the team in the center give a personal but professional touch. The swimming experience is superb and my son loves it. We are so looking forward to level 2 next term.

I first started at London Baby Swim (osterley centre) with my son Leo in January 2014 when he was just 7 weeks. He completed all of the 8 baby levels and progressed onto the advanced toddler levels and has completed the first two levels of these. In April 2016 he will be continuing onto the advanced toddler level 3. Leo looks forwards to swimming every Friday and swimming is by far his favourite activity. Seeing the progression he has made from when he first started to now is brilliant as well as the enjoyment he gets from his lessons. My youngest son Jay started when he was 11 weeks in January 2016 and has just completed his first level and in April 2016 will also be continuing onto his second level. I look forwards to seeing his progression through the levels too. London baby swim instructors are fantastic and the lessons are very well run and structured. The office staff are fantastic too always happy to help me with whatever my question may be that I'm calling with. The facilities at London Baby Swim (osterley centre) where my sons swim are brilliant and always clean and tidy. I would recommend London Baby Swim to any mums or dad's that are thinking of taking their baby or toddler to swim here and I am sure they will have a brilliant experience and time!

5/ 5

I've been taking my children here for the past 3.5 years in total and probably the worst aspect has been nothing to do with the company or the premises. We have loved attending in the main but since the lockdown the communication has been really marvellous and the necessary Covid measures are sensible and easy for everyone to manage but the BEST thing happened today. They brought back the huge float! Not just the old one, a brand new deluxe float and the children and adults were thrilled to bits alike!! It really made our day after a difficult first week in reception class for my daughter. I highly recommend LBS at Osterley and I will definitely be brining my third child here too. Great value and I've actually always found the staff to be friendly and accommodating (particularly the time I forgot my swimsuit!!). Really great company and the new website is ace! It definitely needed updated and I feel LBS have used the time in lockdown very wisely, much to all of our benefit! Thank you. Highly recommend.

I've been taking my first child here since she was 2 months and i can't be happier with the service we've recieved during our time. Thank you LBS for the lovely instructors! The prices are so affordable considering it is a private purpose built swimming pool!!! I highly recommend. Counting down till my new born is 6 weeks can't wait to bring her!
