Excellent service from start to finish - Good communication throughout and well organised. The fitters were always very courteous and tidy too! Very happy with the windows we have received from Lochinvar. Would definitely use them again.

Great service from start to finish for the replacement of 6 windows including a bay. The quality of workmanship is excellent, the installation was fast, extremely professional and the guys were clean, courteous and extremely hardworking. Customer service is efficient and the cost very reasonable. I am so impressed by the whole package and would not hesitate to recommend. Even my neighbour the next day commented on how amazed she was with the quality work.

My parents had a door fitted by Invision recently, having had a bad experience with a different company who fitted their windows a few years back. Invision were superb with them from start to finish. Highly professional, very competitive and great after care. The sales manager was really helpful and made them feel comfortable. Invision delivered everything that was promised and so much more. We needed to replace a couple of broken bedroom windows and approached Lochinvar having had previous good experiences with them replacing windows and fitting a patio door. They responded really quickly and the sales manager and surveyor were both really helpful in selecting the best option for us. The lead time quoted was accurate to within a few days and the fitting was done really quickly without any mess or disruption. Throw in competitive prices and we couldn’t really want more. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Shopped around for new Patio Doors and decided on Lochinvar based on quality of product, price and the time scale offered on fitting. I wasn't disappointed, from salesman Kenny, surveyor and finally the fitting team, all excellent and a pleasure to deal with. I am extremely happy with my new doors and would definitely use Lochinvar again.
