Handled all my items carefully and the team were incredibly flexible, allowing me to select dates for them to deliver my boxes, and then collecting them at a convenient time a few days later. Would highly recommend to any Edinburgh student needing storage over the Summer.

I’m an international student and during Covid I got stuck in my home country after Christmas break. I hired Local Student Storage to pack my dorm room and store my belongings over summer. I received my belongings last week. Several items were missing, the things packed were just thrown in boxes and all my nicknacks and jewelry that were in open containers spilled about. Several rings and a lockbox key were lost. My guitar was not initially delivered. (They did end up finding it). I am still missing a clothes drying rack, shower caddy and half my linens including an expensive feather bed. They said the bedding was likely my fault as I wasn’t clear enough on what to pack. They have stopped responding to my inquiries.
