Had previously been had a bad home hairdresser so I needed a lot of highlights and lowlights, they have been so nice about how unrealistic I was, even though i was upset and grumpy they were so nice and helpful went the extra mile xx

Total disapointment. I spent 4 hours in the salon for haircut and colouring and a lot of money. First I got a totally different haircut that I asked for, it's nothing like the style I wanted, then wrong colour. And I asked for a simple style with not an extreme colour. I feel it was the waste of my time and money. Never again.
