Me and my girlfriend had an excellent experience at Lloyd’s pharmacy Fulford road today. Her prescription had not been sent off by the GP and so one of the members of staff (bev squire) helped us for a good half an hour to try and get it sorted before they closed and eventually we got the antibiotics that she needed. We would have been waiting until Monday to pick them up if not for bevs help. Excellent service, thank you so much!

I have just left this place in tears as I was given the wrong prescription and instead of any apology I was repeatedly told that there was a shortage of medicine and I have been made to feel like I should be held personally accountable for that. Staff were very rude and confrontational and I didn’t do anything wrong.

Do not go here if you can avoid doing so. Have been waiting a week now for my prescription that should arrive the following working day, as it has with all the other pharmacies I have used. Staff cannot give an excuse for it being late, and said they would ring me yesterday to let me know whether or not it had arrived. I called today as I heard nothing back, and the woman simply gave me the same blunt answer, it'll arrive in later. Not good enough for people who require prescriptions to control a chronic condition. Very dissapointing and pointless service, will never be using again.

Avoid this chemest as you would the plague! The head pharmasist Mryam, is disgustingly horrible. She has no respect for customers, she shouts in their face and wastes police time. The team is very aggressive and need to be sacked. I have never once witnessed in my life the disgusting behaviour from a working pharmacist team.

Terrible pharmacy. Always late and unorganised. Had to go 3 times in less than 24 hours to get the second part of my prescription, because some daft woman wouldn't check to see if it was in, was just rude and obnoxious, very unhelpful, and wouldn't even take my repeat prescription note to order for next time. Use a different pharmacy if you can.

I have had mixed experiences here, according to who has served me. Sometimes lovely but there have been times where the service has been extremely curt and I’ve felt like I shouldn’t be in there. Charged £1 for a tiny plastic sample tube too as my drs didn’t have any. I try to go to Boots now where I can.

Terrible. Waited at least half an hour for two days in a row to collect a script only to be told it wasn't available, and wouldn't be in until next week even though we were told it would be there the next day. No option to notify when scripts are ready. Now we will be without essential medication for 5 days. They often have long queues out the door, but staff seem unconcerned and prefer to chat amongst themselves instead of serve customers.

Lloyds on Fulford Road is my Local Chemist. My Subscriptions are sent there on a regular basis. The Pharmacy always text me when my prescription is ready which is great. Last week I had cause to use the Chemist. They always have various offers on as you go through the door which I often get. The lady that served me and the Pharmacist were lovely, friendly and put my things into a bag for me, came away with a smile. Went to pick up my prescription on Tuesday and things couldn’t be more different! The lady that served me, I won’t name her, was completely indifferent. She spoke to the lady in front of me with quite an attitude and when it came to my turn she was just the same. She asked me my name at least three times, never once looking at me. I asked if I could have my things in a bag and she thrust the bag at me and moved on! I appreciate that we are living in difficult times and that wearing masks already is not pleasant but this lady’s attitude was well out of order. I walked home feeling well sad.
