I get a truck load of meds every month. They have a re-ordering service but I order my own. This chemist is friendly, welcoming & work very hard in an area you can have a few stressed out people. This chemist is like shops used to be, they remember your face & name, they also are aware of your reason for visiting. I visit once a month & they know it is going to be a package so I take a seat. Other times it is for a one off item & they are equally as enthusiastic to dispense. The chemist sits below 3 surgeries, 2 family practices so does get busy at times, but their efficiency has waiting people sorted pdq.

The Lloyds Pharmacist, at The Pendleton Gateway, Salford, in my opinion, is one of the best within the U.K. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Their product knowledge is second to non. Getting a prescription is made very easy, thus, picking up your medication is a pleasure and certainly not a nightmare. The staff are always pleasant, and when time allows, they are always willing to have a friendly chat. I would strongly recommend the Lloyds Pharmacist, at The Pendleton Gateway, to all of my friends and family.

It seems they want you to stay with them, rather than allowing you to choose a different pharmacy. They keep collecting my repeat prescription, even though I tell the medical centre not to let them. Then the pharmacy dispenses all my medicines, even though I have asked for just 2 items.

One member of staff is awesome and can do her job. The rest are the most unprofessional people I have e ever met. They can't even get a prescription right that has been same one for 3 years and they have never got it correct in those 3 years. They don't care when they make mistakes and they always mess up orders. Go some where else this pharmacy needs better staff!!!! Worst pharmacy in the UK

I would firstly like to thank all the staff at lloyds Pendleton gateway for their hard work especially through this pandemic and go out of there way to help me and other patients for MINIMUM WAGE they work long hours and deal with nasty customers too swearing and shouting at them they put up with a lot and go out of their way to do what they can to help me and other customers too which I have witnessed on numerous occasions. They deserve more respect off customers and definitely deserve a decent wage, they are qualified dispensers etc and work for MINIMUM WAGE it's truly disgusting. Lloyds need to look after their staff more and appreciate what they deal with every day .
