Popped in on the off chance that my repeat prescription was ready, didn't have to wait too long.... I witnessed such a lovely moment! The pharmacist took time to explain to a little girl, how to take her medication & checked that she fully understood, obviously her Mum was taking in the info as well!! None of us like having to take meds, but I'm sure that the kind pharmacist made it a little easier for the young girl.

Computer system is a complete shambles. The pharmacy has nose dived in the last 18 months. So fed up of having to go back. Really useless system in place so the staff have no chance of coping. They close the door even with big queues outside.

Whenever I call in to collect a pre-ordered prescription, it usually requires a consultation between 2-3 members of staff to locate it. Pre-enquire by phone to check if it’s available? Good luck with that!

Always very pleasant and helpful staff even though at times they are very busy. Definitely recommend

Jane has helped me twice now to sort out my medication. I have been let down twice by echo app which delayed my prescription process but Jane helped me get the prescription in time by reaching out the surgery after understanding my situation. I have now switched this surgery back as my nominated surgery.
