Great service and assistance at this place! Steven (the cashier) was extremely kind and helpful in filling my prescription. They felt bad that I had to wait 15 minute to fill my prescription, which is such a short time compared to most other places! They have a good collection of basic pharmaceutical needs as well (teeth care, skin care, hair care). Not sure why it is rated so low.

Dropped prescription off day before. Needed medication urgently for next day. Told it would be in by lunchtime. Came in the evening made to wait 45 mins as couldn't find my prescription. Once found told the medication wasn't delivered. No other option but to take prescription back and go to hospital to get emergency medication as the gp surgery is closed.

Rude, incompetent, careless staff. Customers are treated as a burden. Was told to wait for medication, 30minutes later was told it is not there so they'd order in for tomorrow and to come in the evening, go back the next day and after being made to wait 30mins again told they made an ordering mistake and to come again. On my third visit the medication was there (white soft paraffin) however when I opened it there was a dead baby cockroach stuck to the side of the lid. Asked for a refund, will not be going back. Ever since there was a change a few years back (possibly in management) there has been a huge decline in service. Medicine suppliers have also been changed (presumably to cheaper ones) and there is a clear reduction in standards. Avoid like the plague!
