Absolute WORST pharmacy I have ever been too! - I even wondered if it was some sort of prank! They left people there in a que with zero attention - stood there for 20 minutes ! Pharmacist was then rude, accusatory ( I needed co codamol for a chronic back pain - my GP had advised this previously. I had not purchased this before and asked for the larger size as it was cheaper which he Refused to sell me!) . Absolutely vile staff and beyond appalling attitude from staff . Its the closest pharmacy to me at work but I will never go there again and head to Boots nearby instead! - I would avoid Lloyds , Acton at all costs!!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been in. Stress levels boil over here. So many staff members but the slowest most inept service. It's pretty normal to wait in this place, which is also rather an unpleasant place to be in, for one hour plus. Don't go into this show if you are feeling stressed!

do not have your flu jab here, the guy administering them is clearly not very skilled, he poked me about 8 times an couldnt find the right spot: not surprising as he was trying almost at the top of my shoulder, he also complained my muscle was really hard (if only!)and the needle couldnt get in. i was really sore immediately after the jab and a couple of hours later i cant move my arm at all. to be avoided at all costs!

First if all they are incredibly slow and don't seem to mind. I booked a PCR test at this pharmacy from the Lloyds pharmacy website and when I got there they told me (after 20 minutes of waiting) that they don't do PCR tests! But they allow you to book a test in their pharmacy online. Do not go there.

The staff are nice but, dear God, they are so INCREDIBLY SLOW!!! if you’re lucky you’ll get your medication in 20 minutes. Even when there is absolutely no one around they will takeA minimum of 20 minutes to give you the medication. I just don’t understand what the problem is. Only use this pharmacy as it’s the local one, and it’s been like this for at least a decade.
