opening times stuck in the 1950's. They only open during working hours meaning you have to knock off work to pick up a prescription.

Never have anything in that you are prescribed and been into day at 9 am and not taking anymore prescriptions for today only collections

Great service and very helpful staff

Unfortunately the service has deteriorated over the last year, confusion reigns.Prescriptions wrong, not ready, having to wait for almost an hour. It used to be good but no longer .

The staff here are amazing incl. the Pharmacist Maz.. All the staff incl. the front-of-house are really friendly, personable and discreet. They're a really busy chemist but as a regular I never have to wait long for my script.

Left me without medication after giving me the incorrect details. I had to start a course of antibiotics again and wasn’t given an apology, I was treated like it was my fault. Absolutely beyond rude. Just own up to your mistakes and deal with them outside of the ridged rules you have - you can have your hard rules when you get things right, but when you’re in the wrong you need to show some flexibility.

Kinda a garage pharmacy thats all I can say really - I've seen people in front of me on more than a few occasions be told that they forgot to order their medication in, in some cases its been pretty serious medication so I do wonder if they've got any sense of urgency

Poor customer service, my daughter was left waiting outside over 40mins for a Eps prescription, they said they will bring it out to her when it's ready... and they didn't have the decency to come out side and tell her that the surgery had not sent it, after we watch every one get their scripts who was after us, they wasn't very helpful, so my daughter ended up going back to the surgery by then the pharmacy had closed down for lunch. ....👎she walked home ..with.no medication......its seems they are concentrating more on the social distancing aspect than the excellent customer service they once had!!

Disgusting incompetent pharmacy. Staff unhelpful and left me without medication due to their incompetence

Must be the worst pharmacy in Leeds. 6 years of not receiving very important medication. i'm crippled/paralysed yet EVERY month my drugs arrive late, wrong or not at all.
