Excellent service with very friendly and compassionate staff. I called up if they would be able to take in unused medication after a family death and they were very sympathetic and told me to come in at any point whilst they're open. I had a friendly welcoming following on and the staff were all very helpful.

Absolutely Rubbish wouldn't even give them the 1 star if I could! Chose them as my nominated pharmacy as it's a big well known company. Constantly being told prescriptions would be ready to collect and then finding out prescription not even collected from the surgery!! No courtesy calls whatsoever!! Same with deliveries, being promised items would be delivered on specific day but still no delivery! Only 1 out of 4 seperate prescriptions actually delivered and even that was 8 days after I requested the medication at my surgery. Cannot fulfill the service they promise, AVOID!

I had urgent medicine to pick up , went in the next day at around 5 and was told it was not ready and to come the next day in the afternoon. which i did . To be told again to come the next day because it was not ready . When i expressed the urgency and reminded them that i was told to come back before . They did there job and got my medicine ready in 2 minutes . why tell me to come back when it was a two minute job . The staff were busy talking amongst themselves and just wasn't bothered. Came out feeling shocked and disgusted with the service and attitude they have because the medicine was important and they purposely delays it . I think they do this to many customers . Be aware and i will be putting in a formal complaint because its worrying that they delayed my medicine and most likely doing it to others . Thank you

Shop is ok staff are alright.but on staff was a bit serious because she asked you should pay.why should i pay and that from experience a representative is not allowed to tell a customer to why shouldn't you pay its wrong

Not happy with the service. Apparently the charge £5 per delivery now so went to collect the prescription for my mum, 1 medicine was missing rang back straight away been told they missed it or it was misplaced such an awful excuse. Apologies is not enough. Now have to go back to collect. Terrible service.
