The only reason I didn’t rate this before was it was the only pharmacy open late within the catchment area. I’ve had more bad experiences with this place than good. The plus point was late opening, that’s gone now

fast service, lovely staff that are well trained and very helpful to anyone in need!

Since they change the staff its not nice anymore to go over there. Staff never smile, rude and very slow. Couple of times they told me to come back the day after because they're too busy to make my prescription All the time I go to Mackie's pharmacy the waiting time is 10 minutes max. So from now on I will use Mackie's pharmacy and avoid Lloyd's pharmacy in Cardonald. Teach the young staff to be more nice with the customers.

Completely useless as a business no wonder they had their late lite opening license took away , try any other chemist , anyone except this bunch of halfwits !
