I made an appointment for HPV in October. The original pharmacy couldn't get through at all. I changed a pharmacy and said that it would be okay to change the location, but now I came and she said that I need to change the address online, and I need to make another appointment. I think this should be let me know sooner, but I didn't know until I got to the scene. And before she was told that, she only served customers who were later than me. Then she thought of me. I don't know why this happened. I was very disappointed. Now I have to go home and wait for the news to make an appointment again. I don’t know if the phone can be connected :(

I possibly the worst chemist I’ve ever been in, so many stuff & absolutely ridiculous service. Always have to wait 30+ minutes & even at that there’s always something they don’t have..

Waited 10mins to be told they didn’t know what to do, Pharmacist wasn’t there, and to come back later. Came back 2hrs later, waited 30mins while Pharmacist looked around, chatted on the phone about how their holiday was, only to say she couldn’t find a form. Left the shop and found the form she needed online in less than 1 minute.
