LloydsPharmacy cardiff

Really disappointed with this lloyds pharmacy branch. Went there at 1pm to collect prescription and the staff who were inside just ignored me which i found really rude but after continuously knocking on the window one of the staff came to me and just said the systems are off there's nothing they can do. I would of respected there decision about this but after ringing numerous times and checking they're opening hours online it just seemed they didn't give a damn. This is terrible customer service.

Standard pharmacy you get what you ask for. Waiting times are quite long at times. But it's located right next to a GP surgery so that expected.

Unhelpful grumpy moody Incompetent and no people skills whatsoever considering the environment They are working in you would think they would have some sort of empathy towards the customers and their needs!!! I assume the pharmacist is of different stature but unfortunately you cannot get to speak to her …everybody else needs some sort of training for customer service Thomas yes to get a job working somewhere in North Korea

Incompetent and utterly unhelpful staff. Had a fit to fly test booked with lloyds online a month in advance, only to find the store closed when my booking was supposed to be (despite recieving reminder emails about my booking). Turned up the next morning when it reopened to try get a test the morning of travel only to be told they don't even offer the service which I was able to book online?!?! Staff told us to try the Boots across the road rather than ring another Lloyds and help themselves. Awful stuff, and incredibly stressful.

Unhelpful, inefficient and borderline rude. The customer doesn't come first here. Don't go to another lloyds expecting things to be better..... It won't be. Over staffed with to much to chat about....... Oh and the customer......... They can wait... No probs!

Despite being constantly busy the staff are unfailingly pleasant, patient, efficient and friendly. These are difficult times and they do everything that they can to be as helpful as possible. And they succeed.

Really nicer pharmacy with absolutely lovely staff. The female staff in particular are very friendly and chatty. It does get extremely busy because it's right next to a medical centre. Still, they're all very friendly and go out of their way to help including the newest pharmacist. Definitely recommended. Even though the waiting times can be quite long.
