Found the staff really unhelpful and unfriendly. Despite the staff being late opening the shop this morning, they left me and my baby outside in the rain whilst they ‘set up’. Once they allowed me inside, there was no acknowledgment of their unprofessionalism. Then in conversation with the pharmacist I seemly shocked her when explaining I needed the medication for my wife and was questioned on the accuracy of my revelation! Lloyds needs to rerun their staff equality and diversity training!
