Really unpolite and unprofessional. I hardly ever get home before 7pm so I use online pharmacy to deliver me repeat prescription meds. At the end of November I had to see my GP for the review of the medications and as I needed them urgently I went to the closest pharmacy ... That was mistake. I was told off by front counter staff for using online service instead of them. Then I got only one box of my medication and piece of paper to come within next few days to get the second one... It's over a month now and I still didn't get it and as my prescription is stuck with them I can't go to another pharmacy. I really don't recommend!

Well what can be said about this pharmacy. I have watched people leave this establishment in tears. My experience is that you go to the doctor's and they send your prescription to a pharmacy of choice and you can collect pretty much Instantly if not within the hour. Not here they say up to 5DAYS to get your prescription and added to that they say it with terrible attitude. If you want a normal experience with some kind of humanity and a level of service above 1 star go elsewhere believe me your wasting your time going here. !!

This pharmacy’s prescription service has always been dodgy. They are almost never able to fill my prescription completely, and are always giving me a note to come back for the rest. But this one tears it. I went in with the paper prescription from the GP. They said it wasn’t in stock, but would have it in a week. I called back today to check, and they had lost the prescription. No record of it. Utterly unreliable.

There is a reason that this place has an average rating of below 2 stars. Absolutely horrific service! The pharmacy decided to shut early with no warning, despite us having pre-booked appointments for the Winter Flu Jab service. This pharmacy is also in a very rough and dodgy area, so I would avoid if possible.
