My elderly mother has just had to stand in a queue for approximately an hour to get her medication, which she cannot do without. She pays for it to delivered but it hasn't been and she was having to take half the dosage that she should to try and make it last. She tried ringing up to try to find out when it would be delivered but no one answers the phone. So today she had no choice but to go and get it. The chemist has changed computer systems and said to bare with them! How long do they expect an elderly person or any person for that matter to wait for medication? This medication was ordered on 1st November. I would expect something back for non delivery and no contact. Disgusting!

It does not matter when you visit. There is always an issue with not having what has been expected. Medicine not ready or whatever mix up. During the corona and beyond people are queuing either in the stifling heat or rain. Even though there are various staff behind the desk there is only one person serving. So any issue will hold everyone up. Not one person will jump in the get the queue going. Very badly organised and not customer friendly. Shocking as most people visit because they are unwell.

Really convenient for having my hospital medication delivered for collection which is always held and checked for me. However, front counter staff too busy gossiping and complaining about being busy while customers queued round the corner outside.

Have phoned on several occasions at different times of the day to try and book a flu jab but they never answer phone. Must be difficult for those with mobility issues to do the same.
