Very disappointed with the continuous inefficiency with this Lloyds Pharmacy.

Chemist ('S') here has terrible attitude, rude, very unsympathetic, poor customer service skills, and lacks any real understanding etc., the Basil Fawlty of chemists?!?! We will not be coming back here again!

Exeptional customer service today when called to book a flu jab as pregnant and under 65 and no where else would help me and they let me come straight in and put me at ease. Cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend

I really only ever use this chemist to pick up my prescription, and have never had a problem over the years. More recently they have employed a few very annoying east European staff who seem intent on talking in their mother tongue whilst making eye contact with you, and then smirking at each other as if you are the source of some joke. Whilst it’s completely unprofessional, it is also makes you feel very uncomfortable. This happens on every occasion.

This pharmacy is amazing. Pleasant, proffessional friendly staff. They allways do their utmost best processing my prescripton. Additionally their knowledge and helping me buy products instore is invaluable. I cant express how gratefull i am to this team who go above and beyond helping me. Thank you lloyds stoke lane you are the BEST
