well there is some really nice people that work there but there is one lady in particular is a smug

well there is some really nice people that work there but there is one lady in particular is a smug little so and so, usually works Saturdays, god that woman is horrid and rude. she acts like she doesnt care about anyone, laughs in your face. shes vile. i use a lot of medication for my conditions and this must cost a lot of money . well Lloyds ...bye. when you teach customer service i'll be back
