Shocking service and incompetence! AVOID AT ALL COST! I have been prescribed 2 different antibiotic

Shocking service and incompetence! AVOID AT ALL COST! I have been prescribed 2 different antibiotics by my GP yesterday and I have been told my medication should be ready at this pharmacy this evening. So today, I phoned my GP noon time to double check if my prescription had been collected by the pharmacy. GP told me that the pharmacy collected it this MORNING. I went to this pharmacy and was told that the script was not there by a lady who can barely speak ENGLISH???? Which shocked me, so I phoned my GP again and asked again if they were 100% sure that my prescription was ready and picked up, and they 100% confirmed they didn't have the script and that it MUST be by the pharmacy, so I went back to the pharmacy and a different pharmacist told me, without even checking in the system, that they don't have my medication and it would take 3-4 DAYS for to arrive, even though I told him that my GP told me that they MUST have it as it was already collected and delivered. He was so rude to me, and raised his voice and told me again that I should be back in 3-4 days as it's just not with them. I was standing there in pain and agony as I needed this medication today, and my doctor told me that I needed to urgently start this medication today. I knew my medication was there because the GP didn't have it, so I insisted if he could kindly go double check, which he did, and lo and behold, there it was! He comes back and says it's there with no apology and no compassion. I was about to leave and walk back to my GP to get the script myself and then walk back again in pain, all because of these rude and incompetent people! I have always collected my medication from this pharmacy the NEXT day after my GP appointment, and this rude guy kept lying to me that I have to come back in 3-4 days! INCOMPETENT and DISGUSTINGLY RUDE people who are risking people's lives with zero compassion! Lloyd's Pharmacy must take into consideration before hiring people with subpar English language skills and must make sure that people are kind and respectful to patients and do their jobs properly!

We went to this pharmacy and the staff dispenser was so dam rude with an aggressive attitude. Also, she always rushes and makes us rush and never cross checks the medicines so please check as we encountered a duplicate trip. Her name is Harpreet Phalora no doubt after this we will get a bit of attitude. No customer service skills (probably hired the old fashioned way through a relative!!!!!!).

Was given flu jab appointments twice and waited for more than a month but they cancelled both the times. Then booked with asda, got the jab the same day and at a lower price.
